What this page collects, and where it goes.

This notice covers this page only — the personal invitation site at plan.taylorproactiveteam.com. It is written to be specific rather than reassuring: every statement below describes something the software actually does.

What we collect

Only what you type, plus what a web server unavoidably sees:

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you enter them.
• Your decision — whether you are continuing with us, leaving, or would like an introduction to another firm — and the date you made it.
• If you sign the consent to disclose your tax return information: the full text of the document as it was shown to you, the name you typed as your signature, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. That record is kept because federal law requires the firm to be able to produce the consent it relied on.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop automated abuse of these forms.

We do not ask for, and this page has no field for, your Social Security number, date of birth, bank details, or any tax figures.

What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking. There is no analytics on this page, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker.
• No profiling and no automated decisions. A person reads every response.
• We never sell or rent your information. Not to anyone, for any purpose.
• No tracking cookies. The one cookie this site sets is strictly necessary: it remembers your details between the two steps of the introduction form so you do not have to type them twice. It carries no advertising identifier.

Who else sees it

Four parties, and no others:

• Taylor Proactive Team. Your response reaches our team by email and appears on our internal dashboard, which requires a staff login.
• Microsoft — our email provider, which carries those messages. Sent over an encrypted connection.
• Railway — the hosting provider that runs this site and stores its database, in the United States.
• Calendly — only if you are continuing with us, and only on the booking screen. Your name and email are passed so the booking form arrives filled in. Calendly's own analytics run inside that booking window; if you would rather avoid them, email us and we will book your call by hand instead.

Robert Hall & Associates receive your information only if you sign the consent asking us to introduce you, and only what that consent lists. If you do not sign it, nothing goes to them. That consent is a separate document you can read in full before signing, and we email you a copy of it afterwards.

Merrill's video and the typefaces on this page are served from this site itself, so simply opening this page contacts no one but us.

How long we keep it

Your response is kept as part of your client record. A signed § 7216 consent is kept for as long as the law requires the firm to be able to produce it. If you are leaving us, your TaxDome account stays open for 30 days so you can download your documents — we email you the exact date, remind you before it passes, and will extend it if you ask.

Asking us about your information

Write to info@taylortaxteam.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw a consent you have given. A person will reply. If you withdraw a consent to share your information, we act on it going forward — we cannot recall what has already been sent, which is why the consent form says so plainly before you sign it.
